Lance Ralls serves as Chief Technology Officer at ThreeSixty Group. His expertise in cyber security, technology governance, data services, operations, financial management, and privacy is foundational to ThreeSixty Group’s commitment of top-tier operations across the entire ecosystem.

His global corporate executive and management experience spans multiple industries and includes tenures during dramatic growth at ThreeSixty Group, Pelican Products, Belkin International, Mattel, DIRECTV, Sony, Warner Bros, NBC Universal, Cognizant, and PwC.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. Additionally, Lance is the Vice Chair on the So Cal SIM Technology board, is an active member of the El Segundo community, and serves as a little league coach.
