MerchSource (“We,” “our” or “the Company”) provides a one-year limited warranty (“Warranty”) from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) for products purchased at Costco stores and on, as further described below. The non-transferable warranty applies to the original owner We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended according to all instructions under normal conditions.


Over time, products may become worn and obsolete, and materials and parts will wear down or may become unusable due to advances in technology.  As such, this Warranty cannot be applied to the following (together, “Exclusions”): (a) to protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time or batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic parts, ports unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product; (d) to damage caused by any unauthorized alterations or modifications to our products; (e) to damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to lightning, excessive heat, cold, moisture, humidity; (f) to damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer; (g) to damage resulting from improper operation or maintenance; (h) to consumable parts, including but not limited to batteries, filters, or any other items subject to normal consumption or depletion; (i) to normal wear and tear.

We do not authorize modifications to this Warranty by third parties or resellers. To the extent permitted by law, this Warranty and the remedies set forth in it are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties (express or implied), remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, expressed or implied.  We are not responsible for direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation.

Warranty Process

If you have an issue with a product during the Warranty Period and no Exclusion applies, please contact our customer satisfaction team by calling (800) 374-2744 during normal business hours or through the form at Our satisfaction team will work expeditiously to resolve the issue, whether through repair or replacement at our sole discretion (including with parts as applicable). In some instances, a replacement part or product may not be of same color, style, or model.

The following guidelines will apply:

  1. Proof of purchase from authorized retailer required.  (Product purchased used or from a third-party reseller is excluded from this Warranty.)
  2. Your name, address, contact information, history of use, description of issue, and product serial/batch number is required.  Such information will not be used for marketing purposes.
  3. If originally-purchased product is out of stock or no longer available, We reserve the right to make product substitutions to remedy.
  4. Replacement parts or products will be shipped using ground service. Expedited shipping is not available.
  5. In some instances, We may be able to replace defective product without requiring return of defective product.  In those instances, we reserve the right to ask for proof that the defective product has been disabled from future use (for example, by requiring photographic proof that the cord has been cut off).
